How does pricing work?

We offer both subscription plans and one-time purchases. Each card requires 1 credit. Our Standard Plan (€9.99/month) includes 20 credits, while our Business Plan (€19.99/month) includes 50 credits. You can also purchase single cards for €2.99. All new users start with a 14-day free trial.

What's included in the free trial?

Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen subscription plan. You can create cards and collect signatures without limitations. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

Do credits expire?

For subscription plans, credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits from the previous month expire. For single purchases, credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard under 'Billing'. Go to 'Manage Subscription' and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

How can I change my subscription plan?

To change your plan, go to your Dashboard, click on 'Billing' and then 'Manage Subscription'. There you can upgrade or downgrade your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect in the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and popular payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted service. You'll receive an email notification before each renewal. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard.

What is your refund policy?

For subscription plans, we don't offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. For one-time purchases, please contact our support team within 14 days if you haven't used the credits.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in your Dashboard under 'Billing'. You can download them as PDF files for your records. Each invoice contains detailed information about your purchase and payment.
