1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Group Cards, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

Users must create an account to access and use AI Group Cards. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information.

3. Third-Party Authentication

We offer the option to sign in through third-party services like Google. When you choose to authenticate using a third-party service, you are subject to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies in addition to ours. We recommend reviewing these policies before using third-party authentication. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of these third-party authentication providers.

4. Services and Card Management

AI Group Cards allows users to create, schedule, and send virtual greeting cards. Users can edit card content (text, signatures) until the card is sent, but changes to the cover picture or recipient email are not possible after scheduling. In such cases, users must cancel the card and create a new one. Cards can be canceled up to a few minutes before they are sent.

5. Pricing and Payment

We offer both subscription plans and one-time purchases. Each card requires 1 credit. Credits can be obtained through monthly subscription plans or purchased individually. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. New users receive a 14-day free trial. For subscription plans, unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. One-time purchase credits never expire. All purchases are final, and no refunds are offered except as required by law.

6. Subscription Management

Users can manage their subscriptions through their dashboard. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI Group Cards uses AI to generate card content, including text and images. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content. AI Group Cards assumes no liability for inappropriate, unexpected, or unsuitable results. All generated content is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

8. Content and Usage Restrictions

Users are solely responsible for the content they create and send through AI Group Cards. While AI Group Cards uses external AI models with extensive trust and safety measures, we do not actively moderate user-generated content.

9. Legal Compliance

AI Group Cards operates globally in regions supported by Stripe. The service complies with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Group Cards is not liable for missed scheduled emails, service interruptions, or technical issues. In the event of a failure, users will receive a refund credit for each affected card.

12. Changes to Terms
